2. Product Accuracy & Handcrafted Nature

Fabric & Color: While we strive for 100% accuracy, please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or the natural dyeing process of our Pure Fabrics.
Handmade Variations: Since many of our pieces feature boutique finishes and hand-detailing, minor variations in embroidery or texture are a mark of an authentic, handcrafted garment.

3. Customization & Bespoke Orders

Consultation: Custom orders begin only after a final discussion on WhatsApp/Instagram and receipt of a deposit/full payment.
Pricing: Quotations provided during the consultation are estimates. Final pricing may vary slightly based on actual material consumption or additional labor for intricate detailing.
Timeline: Standard production takes 10–15 working days. For heavy embroidery or complex designs, this timeline will be extended, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

4. Payment Terms

All orders must be paid for in full before dispatch.
For custom orders, work will only commence once the agreed-upon payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship ready-to-wear items within [3-5] working days.
Label Thread Hues is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, though we will assist you in tracking your package.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Adjustments

No Cash Refunds: We follow a strict no-cash-refund policy.
Standard Size Exchange: Requests for size exchanges must be made within 5 working days of delivery.
Customized Orders: Bespoke/Customized outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We only provide fitting adjustments for these pieces.
Store Credit: If an exchange is not possible, the amount will be credited to your Thread Hues Wallet for future use.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, website content, and photography are the property of Label Thread Hues. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs (including those created during the custom consultation process) is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Label Thread Hues shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
