1. Customized & Bespoke Orders
Every customized outfit is handcrafted specifically for you.
No Returns/Exchanges: Once an outfit is customized to your specific measurements or design requests, it cannot be returned or exchanged for another design.
Our "Perfect Fit" Commitment: While we do not accept returns on custom pieces, we offer Complimentary Fitting Adjustments. If the fit isn't exactly how you imagined it, our master tailors will work with you to adjust the garment until it is perfect.
2. Ready-to-Wear (Standard Sizes)
For outfits purchased in our standard sizes:
Size Exchange: We offer exchanges for a different size of the same design, subject to availability.
Thread Hues Wallet: If your size is out of stock, we will credit the amount to your Thread Hues Wallet. This store credit can be used for any future purchase and never expires.
3. Timelines & Conditions
5-Day Window: All exchange or adjustment requests must be raised within 5 working days of delivery.
Garment Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Processing: Once we receive the garment at our studio, please allow 7–10 working days for adjustments or exchange processing.
